C.A.R.E, Communication , Appreciation , Response , Enthusiasm , what a positive goal or message for any company to strive for. This logo or message was on the letterhead of a company that was emailing us to apologize for not delivering a document on time as expected. Ironic, the email was a "sorry we are late note".
